SI Survey Mfg acquired 3 new high precision CNC Turning centers. 2 each
Hwacheon Hi-ECO 21HS and 1 Hwacheon Hi--ECO 10. These are high precision
lathes that can hold tolerance well below 0.0002" on the OD all day.

SI Survey Mfg ordered 1 new MORI SEIKI DCG MH4000 DCG Driven at the Center
of Gravity Horizontal High Precision Machining Center with 2 pallets, 14,000 rpm,
and full 4th axis drive. Because of the awesome precision and high speed
capabilities that this machine is capable of, we plan on adding several more of
these units to our shop floor within the next 6 months.

Our transition for bring powder coating and bead blast surface preparation
services in-house is complete. SI Automation acquired all necessary equipment
for powder coating and surface preparation. We are now a complete turnkey

SI Survey Mfg added IN-HOUSE injection MOLDING capability to mold our high
precision Prism Canisters. We run these canisters on our 100 ton injection
molding machine with a 4-cavity steel mold.
